We had a fantastic experience with Kitchen Refresh. You always hear about the bad when doing a remodel so I was prepared for problems. We had zero!! About 8 years prior, I got a bid for new custom cabinets, Kitchen refresh was 1/4 the price, and I am sure that custom bid would have doubled in cost by now. When the price was that reasonable, we were able to do new Cambria countertops, backsplash flooring, spruced up a powder bathroom and painted the whole house, all for the same price custom cabinets would have cost 8 years ago. Kitchen Refresh was prompt in answering my phone calls, came when they said they would, put up with all my millions of questions, and dealt with me being a super detailed person. The installers went above and beyond to adjust things the way I wanted them. They also made a custom tiered shelving for my bar which looks amazing! If there was anything I wasn’t immediately happy with, they just said, we can change it if you don’t like it, no questions asked. There was only about 5 days when I couldn’t use my kitchen but that was during painting or because of my countertops being installed on a Friday and the sink not hooked up until the following week and silicone caulking needing to dry. That was fantastic considering we were doing a large kitchen remodel. I love love love my kitchen now! Thank you Kitchen Refresh!

Meet Albert Daou

Albert is the owner-operator of Kitchen Refresh Bismarck, the longest-running territory in the Kitchen Refresh network. With over 15 years of experience in the home improvement industry and a background in property and business operations management, Albert brings a unique blend of hands-on skill and strategic insight to every project.

A skilled carpenter, Albert first discovered Kitchen Refresh while remodeling his own properties. After seeing the transformation firsthand, he jumped at the opportunity to bring the Fast, Affordable, Beautiful process to homeowners across Bismarck and beyond—including the extended service area of Dickinson.

Albert takes pride in working with his hands and witnessing the dramatic before-and-after results that Kitchen Refresh delivers. Outside of work, he enjoys lake days with his wife and two sons, and spends his downtime fishing, hunting, and playing acoustic guitar.
