Lisa and Randy Bakerink, a husband-and-wife team, have been living in Springfield, Missouri for twenty years. Lisa has five years of experience in interior design and home improvement, managing subcontract work and assisting homeowners in project planning.

Randy has a background in construction from working with his parents and starting his own business with Lisa.
