Tier 1:

After just 1 year, we are completing our 56th Refresh kitchen. We started at 1 or 2 kitchens a month, quickly got to 1 kitchen a week, and are now at 2 kitchens per week.

Tier 3 Franchisee

Initial franchise fee: $2,500 net fee (1)

Franchise fee financing options: Not available

Design studio: Required; can be as small as 350 sq. ft.

Party responsible for advertising costs: Kitchen Refresh

Options of adding additional franchisee territories: Tier 3 franchisees are not eligible to add additional market locations. Franchisee must be a Tier 1 or Tier 2 franchisee to add market territories. 

Design consultant requirements: Franchisee must perform as or have a design consultant, painter and installer who must be trained and in place in a market within 90 days of signing the franchise document disclosure agreement.

Tier advancement: Tier 3 franchisees can advance to Tier 2 or Tier 1 at any time with an additional franchisee fee investment calculated at whatever that next Tier's initial investment is minus what their actual Tier 3 initial franchise investment was (ex. $12,500 - $2,500 to advance to Tier 2).

Tier 2 Franchisee

Initial franchise fee: $12,500 net fee (1)

Franchise fee financing options: Not available

Design studio: Required; can be as small as 350 sq. ft.

Party responsible for advertising costs: Franchisee

Options of adding additional franchisee territories: Franchisees in this tier can add additional franchisee locations, but they must be added as a Tier 1 or 2 franchise. They must also demonstrate they are successfully operating and proficiently following the Kitchen Refresh systems in their existing territory, and have a well organized plan to serve the territory they are wanting to add.

Design consultant requirements: Franchisee must perform as or have a design consultant, painter and installer who must be trained and in place in a market within 90 days of signing the franchise document disclosure agreement.

Tier advancement: Tier 2 franchisees can advance to Tier 1 at any time with an additional franchisee fee investment calculated at whatever that next Tier's initial investment is minus what their actual Tier 2 initial franchise investment was (ex. $25,000 - $12,500 to advance to Tier 1).

Tier 1 Franchisee

Initial franchise fee: $25,000 first market / $20,000 each add’l market net fee (1)

Design studio: Required; can be as small as 350 sq. ft.

Options of adding additional franchisee territories: Franchisees in this tier can add additional franchisee locations, but they must be added as a Tier 1 or 2 franchise. They must also demonstrate they are successfully operating and proficiently following the Kitchen Refresh systems in their existing territory, and have a well organized plan to serve the territory they are wanting to add.

Tier advancement: Tier 1 is the highest tier.
