Lisa and Randy Bakerink are a husband-and-wife team proud to call Springfield, Missouri home for over twenty years. Together, they bring a strong blend of design, construction, and project management experience to every kitchen remodel.
Lisa has over five years of experience in interior design and home improvement, including managing subcontractor teams and guiding homeowners through thoughtful project planning. Randy brings a hands-on background in construction, having learned the trade through family work and launching a business alongside Lisa.
Their shared passion for transforming homes led them to Kitchen Refresh, where they deliver the brand’s promise of Fast, Affordable, Beautiful kitchen remodels through high-quality materials and a streamlined installation process.
Outside of work, Lisa and Randy are active in their church community and enjoy spending time with their four children—one of whom serves as a local pastor. They love gardening, yard work, and hosting family gatherings that bring people together.
