What your cabinet door warranty includes

Kitchen Refresh cabinet doors and drawer fronts are custom manufactured with a durable Thermofoil finish over high-density engineered wood for long-lasting performance. Your warranty protects you against defects in how those doors were made.

What happens after you submit your form?

Who reviews my claim?

Your claim is sent directly to the independently owned Kitchen Refresh location that completed your project and approved by Corporate Kitchen Refresh.

How long does the review take?

Most claims are reviewed within 7-10 business days. Your local team may request additional photos or schedule an in-person inspection.

Will replacement parts extend my warranty?

No. Replacement doors do not extend or reset the original warranty expiration date.

How do I know if my kitchen is still under warranty?

Your warranty coverage begins on the original installation date and lasts for five years. If you are unsure of your installation date, submit the form and our team will help verify your warranty status.

What should I have ready before submitting a warranty claim?

Please have your project address, installation date (if available), and clear photos of the issue. Close-up and full-door photos help speed up the review process.

Is the warranty transferable to a new homeowner?

Warranty coverage applies to the original installation at the property and remains in effect through the original expiration date. Coverage is non-transferrable with a change in home ownership.

What if my issue is not covered under warranty?

If an issue falls outside warranty coverage, your local Kitchen Refresh team may be able to offer repair or replacement options at an additional cost.

Will someone need to come to my home?

Some claims can be reviewed using photos alone. In certain cases, an in-person inspection may be required before a determination can be made.

What parts of my cabinets are covered by the warranty?

The warranty primarily covers cabinet doors and drawer fronts against manufacturing defects. Hardware and existing cabinet boxes are evaluated separately.

Does improper cleaning or heat affect my warranty?

Yes. Damage from harsh cleaners, abrasive pads, or prolonged exposure to heat or steam is not covered under warranty.

Is there a fee to submit a warranty claim?

No. Submitting a warranty claim is free and does not obligate you to any repairs or replacements.
