Bill and Emily Korf: Kitchen Refresh of St. Paul franchisees
Bill and Emily Korf, St. Paul, have recently been named as Kitchen Refresh franchisees for the St. Paul Territory. Officially, the territory covers Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Lilydale, Little Canada, Maplewood, North St. Paul, Oakdale, Roseville, South St. Paul, St. Paul, and Woodbury, but they will also provide Kitchen Refresh remodel services to communities outside that area.
Kitchen Refresh utilizes a room's existing cabinetry to enable homeowners, landlords, and businesses to have outdated, worn or homely cabinets updated with a new color, new doors, new drawer fronts, new concealed, soft-close hinges, new drawer and door pull hardware and some cabinet additions, modifications or other alterations if desired. Kitchen Refresh offers a beautiful, high quality result with kitchen transformations typically completed in just 1-5 days and for up to 75 percent less than custom or semi-custom cabinets.
Emily, originally from St. Paul, Minn., has an interior design degree from Dakota Technical Community College, Rosemount, Minn. She has 15 years of home improvement industry experience including operating her own interior design company for 10 years.
Bill, originally from Eau Claire, Wisc., has 19 years of home improvement industry experience, including custom closet design and engineering, manufacturing and installation.
The Korfs are also active volunteers with Five Oaks Church; Hearts and Hammers, which provides exterior home improvement assistance to senior citizens, disabled adults, and veterans; and Feed My Starving Children, a non-profit organization that relies on volunteers to pack nutritionally complete meals, formulated for malnourished children, that will be supplied to countries such as Haiti, Africa and South America.
